Technical Support Specialist
TravelpayoutsTravelpayouts by Aviasales is an ecosystem of tools and features where travel brands, travel content creators, and other platforms monetize their content and traffic using unique Travelpayouts tools built on modern technologies and data.
We’ve already achieved a lot: we’ve become the largest player in the online travel affiliate marketing market in Russia, and are now expanding internationally (North America and Europe).
We are looking for someone to strengthen our technical support team.
What you'll be doing:
- Respond to messages via the ticket system
- Reproduce and describe bugs
- Pass information to development teams and managers
- Work independently and be able to find information on your own
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base
What we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer/technical support
- Written English at C1 level or higher, as most communication with partners is in English
- Strong analytical thinking: comparing numbers, working through multiple reports, analyzing data (cases can be quite complex)
- Ability to clearly and structurally express thoughts in writing
- Ability to explain what Travelpayouts is in simple terms (think - explaining it to your grandmother)
- A plus: ability to use the browser developer console to identify issues on a webpage
How we work:
Work schedule: 4 days on / 3 days off, 10 hours per day (you may choose one of the following):
- 9:00–20:00 MSK (days off: Monday, Wednesday, Sunday)
- 16:00–03:00 MSK (days off: Monday, Friday, Sunday)
- Work from anywhere in the world: no location restrictions, salary paid in USD, travel-loving culture
